Q: Does the Setup Fee include the first month's retainer?

A: Yes.  The Setup Fee covers the Setup of your campaign and you won't be charged again until 30 days have passed.

Q: How does the Money Back Guarantee work?

A: It's very simple.  If you're not happy with our service and ask for a refund within 30 days, we will give you your money back no questions asked.

Q: Am I locked in for any period of time?  Can I cancel my subscription?

A: You're not locked in.  If you're unhappy with the service or need to cancel for any other reason, you can easily cancel from within your PayPal account or by contacting me.

Q: If I start with one package, but my spending increases over that package's threshold, does my rate go up?

A: If you start with Package 2, for example, and your ad spend starts to go over $12k/month, then your monthly rate should be $1497/month (which is still a lot cheaper than most other comparable services).  This will be handled on an individual basis, but in most cases the rate will increase after 3 months of "breaking" the threshold.

Q: How do I know that you're "good" at Adwords and other PPC search engines?

A: I've been using PPC marketing for a few years now.  I wasn't always good, but lately I've had a lot of success.  I attribute it to staying aware of changes in the way PPC works, constantly learning about PPC, and refusing to "give up" whenever a roadblock got in the way of my success with PPC.
