PPC Services - What to Look For...
Looking around the web, you'll find hundreds of companies who claim to
do PPC management.
There
are a few things to look out for. Some companies on the low
end
will charge some really low amount like $85 per month. On the
other end of the spectrum, you'll find ppc management fees that even go
up to $20,000 per month. You read that right.
$20,000. Now, I'm sure there are a few companies with keyword
lists so massive (millions of keywords) that $20k might be a fair
number. However, for most companies, a more moderate fee is
appropriate. We offer a high quality ppc management service
that is highly valuable while remaining affordable for all companies.
Be
careful when dealing with the really low priced companies.
Though
their fees may be attractive, you'll find you get what you pay
for. How many hours can someone dedicate to your account if
you're only paying them about 1 hours worth? That's
right.
Not many.
PPC management means exactly that - the
management of pay-per-click campaigns. Too often companies
will
charge you a "management" fee, but all they do is manage the money your
paying them. Look for specific tasks and results when
deciding on
a PPC manager. To thrive in PPC marketing, your ads will need
to
be constantly tweaked, tested, and measured for return on investment.
Keyword lists shouldn't stay the same either.
Your PPC manager should be adding, modifying, and deleting keywords
when appropriate.
To keep your ads and keywords relevant,
your PPC manager should also properly structure your
campaign. If
you sign up with a PPC management service and you get 1 Campaign and 1
Ad Group, they probably don't know what they're doing. Your
campaign should have lots of Ad Groups - this will help to lower your
cost per click by increasing Google Quality Score. The other
PPC
engines are starting to use this model as well.
Take some time to evaluate your options in terms of PPC management.
